Do you know of any airlines that are cheap?

im planning on hopefully flying to la on the 24th

do you know fo any cheap airlines/

i would be coming from tallahassee

and it would be in coach

ive searched and it all came at 300

is there any at like 200?

For cheap air tickets try to book on the weekdays instead weekends

Flying across the country for $300 is about as good as you are going to get.  If you are looking to fly on the 24th of August, I would not wait any longer to buy your ticket.  You will usually get the best fares with at least a 14 day advance purchase,

Flights have gone up a bit with the price of gas, but not too dramatically.  But the others are right $300 for a flight across the country is a pretty good deal.  Always remember your discount airlines may be lower, but always look for the hidden fees.  You might consider flying from a larger airport thats not too far from you if you are looking for cheaper flights too.

To find out if those really are the cheapest prices, go to sidestep.com and do a search there. It's an excellent site because what it does is search every airline over the web to find you the best deals.

If you have searched and found $300, that is generally the going rate.  There's no magical site with hidden cheaper fares.  You might be able to find something via a consolidator, but the savings would be eaten up by the consolidator fees.

Once you hit the 17th, you will end up paying walk-up fares, so don't wait too long
