Do you know of any bakery's that offer only Apple products, like Apple Fritters?

I'm considering opening a bakery, and thought it might be better to start small, then expand later. Does anyone think there is a market for an apple bakery? Do you know of any bakery's that specialize in apples only? Or apple fritters only?
