Do you know of any blogs or websites that really do link to exceptional websites... not just exchange links?

I've come across hundreds of sites that claim "cool links" etc. but most of them are simply advertising and junk. Do you know of any that do a really good job of it?

This isn't pure advertising although it sells a book (physical, not an ebook) that carries content-related material.  I hope you find the website different from others.  There's a little bit of research involved in this site which is really a blogsite.  Thank you.
