Do you know of any companies that are flexible in hours worked?

Im looking for a job and am a teenager but cant committ to work over 20 hours a week. Are there any companies that are usually flexible in this area? Thank you! :)

retail jobs. such as all mall stores, kohls, target, walmart, grocery stores, or fast food...

since they are open about everyday, it should be easy for them to work with your schedule.
