  1. No, cruise lines have very strict rules concerning the appearance of staff, especially bar and restaurant staff. Long hair for male staff on these duties is not an option.

    The only males I have seen with long hair on a cruise ship are the guest entertainers and some sound engineers (who are not generally in the public eye.
