I hear that most volunteer & work abroad job offers are scams. & they even said how the free airfare isn't true. I need to immerse myself into a Spanish-speaking country to improve my fluency & launch my career. I have my BA in Spanish & need to improve my fluency.

Try Goabroad.com. They have information on language school, volunteer, working abroad, etc. As an example, you could go to a Spanish speaking country and teach English, be a nanny, work in an orphanage, be a camp counselor, etc.
