Do you know of any nice restaurants?

Question

Okay...so a friend of mine asked me if I knew of any nice restaurants in the Durham/Raleigh/Chapel Hill (NC) area because his two year dating anniversary is coming up and he wants to take her somewhere nice.

I figured that he asked me since she and I have the same taste and style.

He wants it to be somewhere formal where they can dress up and isn't too over-the-top.

I guess that the Greensboro/Winston-Salem area would also be a possibility.

Rue Cler is a very nice French restaurant in downtown Durham.  

The Mint is a very fancy place in downtown Raleigh...but very pricy.   Also in downtown Raleigh is Fins, which is a very nice and tasty seafood place.
