Wait tell there are no homeless children in AMERICA, everyone has clothing that fits in AMERICA and the food banks are full of edible food first in AMERICA

No, there are no organizations that fund people to go overseas and volunteer, not unless they have a great deal of work experience and academic credentials, can work in the local language, and can volunteer for at least six months.  

There is a listing of the more-than-30 member organizations of the International Volunteers Program Association (IVPA) that is a good place to find reputable volunteer-for-a-fee programs -- programs where you don't need to have much experience in order to participate, and the placements are just for a few weeks or months:

To get funding, be prepared to work yourself, to solicit friends, family, neighbors and your community of faith for donations, and to look into getting a loan.

Why don't you check any government service funds may there are some......here in Malta we have things like that but still don't know if in Australia there is or not.....or else organize a fund raising activity and earn money like that....
