this is right up my alley!

I played for Vision and Quicksilver for over 4 years when I was 13-17.

There was also Aloha. A little less competitive and much less travel if you're not into that.

I know it's kind of far, but in Richmond there's a warehouse that got converted to several courts including a couple of sand courts. Open VB, good competition, nice people, ... AND BEER!!! Sorry, it's been about 10 years since I lived there so I can't recall the name
