Do you know of any sign ups for either Team Handball, Volleyball, or Ultimate Frisbee teams?

You should always check Volleyshack... if you google it, then you can find the website to see all of their clinics... Also, the airforce academy has some really good ones

No but I love volley-ball and ultimate frisbee but i have no clue what handball is.

That's great that you mentioned age group, because if you're interested in BEACH volleyball, there's the Junior Spikers program down in Huntington Beach that's ages 7-14 (sometimes they even stretch to 15 & 16, but you should ask about that bit) and the program goes on throughout the whole summer.

Of course, teams will be split by age group.
