In terms of website, your best bet would be Youbet.com or Youbet.net.  They carry tracks from the U.S. & Canada, especially Woodbine Thoroughbreds and Harness.

HRTV  CHECK WITH YOUR CABLE COMPANY TO SEE IF THEY CARRY IT.ITS THE HORSE RACING CHANNEL  AND CARRIES MOST MAJOR TRACKS.MOST TRACKS HAVE REPLAYS AND SIMULCASTS YOU CAN LOG INTO THERE WEBSITES AND CHECK THERE MENUS AS TO WHAT THEY OFFER.

I'm watching live racing from Keeneland right now, just go to their website and click live racing. You can do this with several tracks ( some require you to sign up using a password and ID ) I'll also be watching the races from Santa Anita today.

The 2 main tv channels for live horse racing is TVG and HRTV . Your cable company may carry both , or one of them , or none . If you have a dish , the Dish Network carrys TVG in their basic package . You might have to upgrade to also receive the HRTV race programs . Also check with Direct TV as one of their packages carry HRTV . A lot of track web sites also let you watch the races live from that particular track . If you are on a track site and also trying to watch the video of the race and are on dial up internet , will not usually work well . But if you are on cable or DSL intenet service , works great , good video and good sound on the races from the track announcer calling the race . TVG and HRTV are the only live racing channels available and either is a good one to have available to you. If you are a serious horse racing fan , then get them both as some days some tracks are not shown on one but will be on the other . Hope I helped you out , Tony
