  1. One apple and a cup of yogurt before sleeping time

  2. hmmm.. for me i usually drink warm milk and take a warm bath...

  3. It's Natural and It's Free, FRESH AIR.

Go for a good brisk walk every night and you'll soon notice the change in your sleeping pattern.

  4. Chloroform works wonders. If you mean for yourself, try a bath before bed.

  5. Nitol, is best its herbal so no side efects, can be bought in supermarkets and chemists. gives you a great night sleep and you wake up feeling revitalised in the morning.

  6. There was a question like this earlier :P

I suggest a Malted Milk Drink. Works for me...

  7. Slumbercup  is a good herbal drink

  8. Benadryl works for me take 2 or 3 it makes you very tired. Takes a little while to kick in though. If you decide to try it I recommend 30min to an hour before your ready to go to bed.

It works just as good if not better than prescribed stuff. I don't know much about herbal remedies and things, most that stuff costs too much money, if I did start using herbs, I'd grow it myself.

  9. Some people swear by eating an apple before bedtime. Lavender is supposed to induce sleep. Place some fresh or dried lavender near your bed. You could place a sachet of dried lavender on the wall over your pillow. A bedtime routine is a good idea. Regular bedtime hours, relaxing beforehand, nothing too exciting on tv or in your book beforehand. A warm, not hot, bath, a milky drink. Air your bedroom before bedtime, the fresh air will help. Sleep in an unheated room, heating isn't good. Some experts say too much walking before bedtime can be a bad thing. Cosset yourself and make your room inviting and comfortable. Make going to bed a pleasure and not a trial to see if you will sleep. Valeriane is supposed to be good. Drink some in a herbal tea. I have been told that taking calcium before bedtime helps with sleep.
