I assume you mean sprays to STOP premature ejaculation not CAUSE it!

I have never seen these anywhere in the world in ordinary stores, but virtually all s*x shops sell sprays to r****d ejaculation.  However, be warned, if you use too much they numb the glans and surrounding skin completely, and you cannot get enough sensation to ejaculate at all!
