Do you know of any volunteer/work abroad programs I can get involved in & take my brother?

We're both mentally disabled, & he's a good worker & volunteer. I have my BA in Spanish. But he wants to do it in an Asian country, like Japan, Korea, or China. I'm open to other cultures, & I love to travel & volunteer. Is it true that those nanny (au pair) programs are a scam?
