Do you know of anything that will help me fall asleep faster?

I'm starting school in like 4 days and I still never got back in my sleep routine because I normally go to bed later in the summer. And I can't fall asleep! It takes me 3 hours just to fall asleep! I need to do something more tiring during the day or else I'm going to be REALLY tired during school!

  1. - chamomile tea

    - lavender lotion (or take a hot shower with lavender body wash)

    - Tylenol PM

  3. Try sleepy time tea or counting down backwards from 300. Take deep breaths and focus on relaxing.

  5. I try shutting off my mind..completely forget about what happened during the day and just focus on resting. In the beginning its difficult, but after you "master" it, its easy and healthy.

  6. Try turning on the heater. When you're warm, you get very sleepy. It definitely works for me, since my sleep patterns are haywire during summer. But, haywire or no, once I turn on that heater, I'm down like a baby in an instant.
