Do you know of sites where I can choose colors for our home?

A new friend on here recommended a site where you can change the colors of floors and furniture so you can see what wall color you want in your home. The problem is, I cannot change the color of the couch on this site to our couch color, dark navy blue.

Do you know of a site where I can do this perfectly?

play around with the Sherwin Williams color visualizer to find something that you like. It is the best paint visualizer on the web, imho. I like how their color palette is laid out, I like that you can search by color family & color name, the "painted" rooms look the most realistic, and it suggests coordinating color schemes.
