I have a friend that lived over there in 1997 they said they put thier money in this Bank while they was there but do to a death in the family they came back home. We tried looking it up in yalls phone book but did not find it. We was wanting to know if the bank is still there or if it moved?

There is no such bank.  This is a scam to get you to part with your money.

4 Priory Gardens, Berkhamsted is a private house.  Phone numbers which begin 00447 are mobile phones.  There is no way a bank would give a mobile number.

If this is really a friend who gave you this number, they are not a true friend.

The only firm with a name like that regulated by the Financial Services Authority is Frontiers Capital Limited.  They are a venture capital organisation and don't take deposits from the general public.  They are at:

There are a lot of companies with Frontier or Frontiers in their name.  You can search the UK register of companies by going to http://www.companieshouse.gov.uk

I can't trace anyone at 4 Priory Gardens.  However, there's a lawyer called Paul Williamson at no 16.  You might find his services useful!
