Do you know of websites that tell you the meaning of an animal's species name?

Sorry, I didnt know how to phrase that.

Basically, is there any *effective* websites that tell you the meaning of species. Say, bottlenose dolphin for example..its called Tursiops truncatus. So what does the truncatus mean on its own, without the tursiops?
