Well Everytime We Touch, by Cascada, really isn't that slow of a song, unless you're talking about the slow version, then I suppose it's a rather slow song. However, I'm personally a fan of the Dj Sammy-Heaven, but not the slowed down version.

One that I might recommend, its not very poppy like the two songs you said, however it is sort of romantic, it is slow, and it is sad

Hope I helped a bit. If you don't like that, then I recommend you use Dj Sammy, because that song is truely beautiful. As is the song, I gave you, however it might be to hard for the mood your trying to set (if your trying to even set a mood)
