Do you know someone with HIV?

Question

The reason I am asking is because on July 20th 2008 I, along with tens of thousands of other people will be participating in the San Francisco AIDSWALK 2008 event.

See I lost my brother (my hero) to AIDS 5 years ago on April 23 and since his death I have walked every year because my brother in an attempt to make me feel better about the whole thing would always say " I am not going anywhere, I am gonna be the reason they find a cure!" and I would always respond with "I know your not going anywhere cause only the good die young!" and we would laugh it off but we both knew it was'nt funny. My brother died at the age 44. So in an effort to make his dream come true I get out and walk. Some of u understand for those of u who don't I hope you never do.

You are a wonderful person. I think you are great to walk every year. I walk for breast cancer...my grandma died of it.

Yes, I know many people with HIV, and many people who have died from AIDS. Good for you (and many others) for walking every year in the AIDSWALK event.
