Do you know someone with last name Coles Castro?

I'm looking for my grandfather's brother, his name is Edgar Coles Castro (70 yrs old approx.), he was born in Chile, his mom was chilean, but his father was from some foreign country. If you know someone who knows him, please, tell me how can I find him.

I think you can probably discount the UK for your Gt. uncle - I have a copy of the Electoral Roll on my computer which is about 3 years old, and it doesn't show any Edgar Castro.

It's not an uncommon name over here - there are "over 200" people with that name listed to vote (my computer can't count past 200!)

Castro sounds as though its origins pre South America, could be Portuguese or Spanish.

Try Chile web sites, my neighbour told me her cousin, god knows how has that name.

Look at www.familysearch.org, there are some with similar names from Chile. good luck
