I guess the answer depends on what level of medical reading you're interested in.  

If you're a health professional, and want to read about the latest research, etc, then some of your readings should include things like New England Journal of Medicine, JAMA, and other important periodicals in your specialty of choice (internal medicine, surgery, etc.)

If you are a lay person, but want to read about important health-related issues, those journals may have too much technical jargon and things that don't really matter to the general public.  Things like Science, Nature, which are broader or other health related magazines like Men's Health, Healthy & Fit may be more appropriate.

most of the medical journals r offered online try 2 seek a reputable site that offers a bundle of journals and subscribe with it and the best alternative is to go to a medical school at ur city and ask any student about the site the college offers for them and ask for the  password which is unified 4 all students.

It's not the best but there are a number of magazines that you can read and they are loaded with interesting informations. These magazines are available at your local library or bookstore. WebMD, Health Magazine, Men's Health,

Prevention, Arthritis Today...etc.
