Do you know the difference between a RPG like D&D and an RPG using storyteller like Vampire the masqurade?

I'd like to know all differences, or at least as many as possible

the biggest differance,other then the setting itself is that d&d uses a d20system,where almost every action is decided by the roll of a 20 sided die. vampire uses a d10 system,where you caculate how many 10s are in your dice pool,roll them and compare your number of successes against the target number
