the prickly pear/cactus fruit answers are correct, but I just wanted to add that in Mexico, these are called Tuna.

So if you see Tuna Ice Cream while on a trip - don't panic!

I agree with abbiii it's called cactus fruit but not the red one it actually looks yellow with orange pale seeds that feels like guavas and it tastes good.....It's a common fruit in Egypt and in arabic it's called teen shawky.
