Hi! Iv'e been searching for awhile and cant seem to find the name of it. Could you help me out? I posted a picture of it, Thanks a bunch!

This looks like the wrong section for this. But anyway, it's the Dragon King's Form. It's rare now, although it is still accessible through the special of the Dragon King's Axe, which you should be able to find in the Z-Token Shop.
