Do you know the name of this book??

O.k, I read this book when I was seven and I loved it, but I can't remember the title. PLEASE help me!!

The book was about a simple boy who loved horses, and one day when there was a shooting star his horse was born. The horse and the boy grew up together, and one d ay a girl moved near him and entered the scene. This girl was blond and considered slightly psychotic. She liked to draw and take photos of random things. She would cut her photos apart and turn them into disturbing collages as well as cover them with lipstick and fingernail polish. Later on towards the end of the book she tries to commit suicide and ends up in an asylum where the boy visits her frequently. Please help me...I've been trying to find it forever and I just can't remember.

Hey, dont know the name sorry, but you could try posting it on this site www.whatsthatbook.com. I did that with a book I couldn't remember and within a couple of hours someone had found it for me....hope it helps :)
