that looks like the rose i bought at the garden center, it was just a comon garden rose but i cant think of the name, mine is a climbing rose, also mine only cast like 6 dollars

This beautiful rose reminds me of a hybrid tea rose I had called Patsy Cline. Your picture is closer to the color I remember.  I moved and couldn't take it with me.

Sorry I don’t know where you can get one. I cant find it myself, It is an awesome rose. Highly fragrant.

When I bought mine it was about 25 dollars  in a one gallon container.

From the flower shape it is probably a Hybrid Tea variety.  Could be Fragrant Honour, or the new improved variety of Peace, and I'm sorry I can't find its name.

Sorry i don't know the exact name of the rose because there are so many of them.  But in terms of cost you can spend a few dollars all the way up to 30 or forty dollars depending on the size of the plant you want.  a 2-3 gallon container will be on average 20-30 dollars at nurseries where you should buy them because they receive better care there.

You could take that picture to a nursery, and if somebody knows thier roses they would be able to tell you what it is and they might have the rose in stock.
