I tried to find it on line but there is no Phone Number posted not even in their official website.

That's the problem with our government they're very hard to be reach by ordinary citizen, people should always have access to our mayors,congressman, counselors and all public servants, they are supposed to be working for the people, but it seems like it's only the who's who of the society who can really get in touch with them.
