Do you know this bird?

We found it on the ground and can't find the nest. We wonder how old it is and how long will it fly away.

It looks like a type of sparrow and very newborn.  Looks like you are doing a great job keeping it alive!  You will definetly know when it is strong enough to fly and eat on it's own.  Good job and great photos!

This bird is a fledgling..a bird that has left the nest on it's own..it does not need to be in a nest anymore.  It is normal for baby birds to leave the nest before they can fly.  The parents are most likely nearby caring and feeding it..you need to replace it where you found it..preferably in a tree or scrub where it will be relatively safe from predators.  You can watch from afar for the parents visits..if they see you they will not come, and if you do not watch continually for a while you may miss their visits.  If you so absolutely NO sign of the parents after a few hours..you might want to think about getting the bird to a local wildlife rehab.  It's best chance of survival is with it's parents however, so please give them a chance to care for their baby.

looks like a sparrow and it kinda looks like its a canry i would see a vet cuz it a newborn give it rest any cidafects let it calm and see a vet strait away
