I posted a question about doing away with tax-free religions and it got deleted by Yahoo saying it was not a question.

The question was: "Should we do away with tax-free religions?"

Maybe I should have asked: "Why don't we tax religious organizations like all other businesses?"

That sounds like a valid question to me.  I'm thinking that it might have something to do with our Constitution - keeping the Government out of churches.
