To be depressed the majority of the time? To wonder if live is worth living every day? To be afraid to be seen in public? To be taken advantage of? To have trouble even walking to the mailbox because someone might see you? To be turned inside out? To want to go to sleep and never wake up? To want to cry and never stop? To really believe that ending your life would make it better for everyone? To feel like no one cares about you? To be alone all of the time? To feel like a failure? To be pressured into something you don't want to do? To feel like you'll never make it in life? To feel like you can't make it even one more day? To feel like you're invisible? To feel like you can't trust anyone? To feel like everyone hates you? To feel like you'll never be normal? To be scared all of the time? To wonder how you're ever gonna make it in this world? To feel like you're at the end of your chain? To feel like no one can make this pain go away? To be forced against your will? To feel like you're about to mess everything up even more? To feel like you don't know where to turn? To feel like dying? To feel like you can't do anything anymore? To feel like s***w the world and everyone in it? To feel disgusting? To lose something you can never get back? To push people away? To completely hate yourself? To look at pictures of yourself and gag? To avoid mirrors at all costs? To have zero self-confidence? To want to disappear? To not be understood? To have a breakdown? To lose your family? To make yourself sick? To want something so bad but know that you'll never get it? To be heartbroken? To hurt all over? To beg God to take your life? To be trapped? To be hopeless? To feel crazy? To lose all of your friends? To be so anxious you wake up and puke every morning? To lose your way? To be frustrated with life? To pray every day that it will get better but it never does? Do you know what it feels like? To be me?

  1. yes had the same issues until i decide i did not want to feel this way anymore, i know you pain, i no that u are truly suffering. i went to a psychologist and started taking meds, there are med to treat each of you symptoms..... try it  


  2. d**n!! There are some points i can relate to, but your case is serious. Personal advice is to get medical help... a longer state of depression will eventually lead to an unhealthy mind. Four your own good, go see a psychologist ... there is medication (drugs basically) that will put you in a better state of mind and you can take it from there. I understand from your message that your boundaries have been pushed for too long and you need time to breathe. Don't you think that it might be time to put an end to it and make a stand? Draw some lines and push them as far as you can, day after day ... you will definitely fell better after a while.

    Also, I think it it your high time to ask for outside help ... not all the people are malevolent and you will be surprised how people that you don't know will come in your aid when you ask for it.

    What I can tell you from my own life experience is that unless you respect yourself, no one else will!

    I wish you all the best, and I hope you will have the courage to take a leap of faith and ask for assistance.
