T-Mobile uses two delivery services to ship phones, accessories, and data devices to customers:

United Parcel Service (UPS): This service is used for most orders. UPS Ground should arrive within seven business days. UPS Express should arrive within three business days.

United States Postal Service (USPS): This service is used only if you are a resident of Hawaii or you requested that your purchase be shipped to a P.O. Box or APO. Packages shipped through USPS should arrive within seven business days.
