Do you know what the name of this toy is or how to find it?

I owned a toy in the 1980's which allowed me to create my own greeting cards (thank you, get well, congratulations, etc.) by rubbing a crayon on plastic plates underneath a frame and whatever paper I wanted to use. It was the same kind of toy I used to see other girls have that had the heads and bodies/dresses of Barbie and other characters. There were interchangable plates which allowed you do make different "looks". Someone stole this toy and I was never able to find one. Help anyone?

  1. Almost sure Crayola make it. I remember the Barbie one my daughter had.

  2. that almost makes me mad because i know what it is because i had one .... check wal-mart or toysrus

  3. The one with the heads and dresses was called "Fashion Plates." I don't remember the greeting card one, but maybe it was from the same manufacturer. I found this online: http://www.inthe80s.com/toys/fashionplat...
