Do you know what this disease is on a sycamore tree?

it is like white splotches (of a mold or fungus) on the leaves??? thats all i know...it is white and splotchy.

If this does not help get in touch with your county's agriculture extension office and they will be able to identify it and tell you how to treat it with no problems.
