Do you know what this dream could mean?

my fiancee had a dream last week and again last night about his teeth falling out. He desperatly needs his wisdom teeth taken out...would this be why? its very strange

Yes, that could be an indication of getting his teeth fixed:)

it might as well be a fear of losing something precious or somebody dear to him.

and since he needs to get rid of his wisdom teeth, the metaphor that represents the thing that is the object of his fear of loss, is specifically expressed as his teeth (what he's about to lose, and therefore what actively occupies his memory of recent things)

another possibility is that, it might be something that he knows he has to say goodbye to, but he's not ready to do so and he fears he'll suffer feelings of deprivation due to this unready state of mind.

edit: while the fact that his wisdom teeth will be taken out could as well be the reason, dreaming of falling teeth and the like is experienced b many people, whether they will be having their teeth taken out or not. falling teeth is a frequented metaphor that the brain uses in the world of dreams. sometimes there's no explanation other than its being a metaphor.

Absolutely.  If in waking life experience has affected the subconscious mind, that would trigger the dream.

If he desperately needs his wisdom teeth taken out, that feeling of losing it could lurk into his subconscious mind. Dreaming of teeth falling out is quite normal.

I don't think we should go crazy about dream interpretation on this one.

Well when you anticipate someting or dread something for a very long time it for some reason shows up in your dreams. It's posible that he had many more dreams than this on but this is the one that stuck out the most to him.
