An incompetent, foolish, or stupid person.

I think it's funny to hear a dictionary definition of the word.  And, yeah, I knew what it was were before I looked for a definition.

a dingleberry is a peice of c**p hanging from an elephant's tail hair. i learned that when i told some one what my mom's nickname for me was. the told me what it meant and i got a new nickname.
