Okay do you know what they call that organization is called where they give you a name of a child and the three top things they want and you get them one thing and stuff. Then you drop it off. If you do or know or know a website tell me please

What you're thinking of is the giving tree or angel tree put up around the holidays.  The children's wishes are noted on little cards and hung like ornaments on the tree. People choose a notecard and buy one of the presents on it for the child.  

Many organizations do this.  The most prominent I can think of is the Salvation Army. :)
