im going to europe 2moro and i cant sleep at all

i usually just try to think about something else or try to forget im going somewhere the next day and it usually helps

If you mean the day before you are going somewhere, not being able to sleep, that is me. I'm lucky to get 3 or 4 hours the night before a trip. I love to travel. Drinking milk or having some vanilla ice cream helps a little. Also stay away from soda after 3pm and of course coffee. Anyways, join the club.
