Do you know where I can get some service learning hours?

Try putting student service learning into your search engine.  There are lots of ideas out there.   How about volunteering at a local elementary or middle school?  working with 4-H  or scouts? helping at the local food bank? working with the local caving grotto to remove graffiti from caves?  Working with any local youth group or youth camp?  If you are still doing this this fall, consider helping with the election, possibly as campaign assistant or helping at the court house.  Look around and spot a need, then develop your OWN project based on that need.
