Do you know where I can locate a blank firing gun in 22 caliber shorts that has a 4-6" barrel for under $100?

Many of the larger sized blank guns now use 8mm or 9mm ammo which is quite expensive. As a volunteer with youth track we use many rounds weekly and we don't get paid for the ammo. I am a large guy and would need a fullsize gun which can use a 22 short blank load which retails for about $6 for 50. Thus for about $18 I can do an entire meet. Some newer guns use caps inside a full size cartridge, thus I thought there may be a set that would convert these sizes to a fit a 22 blank... Let me know.. if you find something.
