I wanted to buy it on amazon.com, but they charged $10 shipping and handling!Do you know if Target sells them?(I also wanted a anti-mist village one)

Just buy it on amazon.. Most stores don't have them so you would robably end up spening more money on gas looking at different stores.

I know Target sells the headbands.(got my son one for his b-day), so they may sell those. Good luck.

I'd suggest to call the store and ask.  But, you have to get someone who actually cares and is willing to go look.  Otherwise, you'd have to stop by the store yourself.  

It's doubtful that anyone who works at Target or Wal*mart actually reads Yahoo Answers in the middle of the working day.  Although, you might get lucky and find someone who happens to be off today and knows if these stores carry it.

Problem with mail order is that shipping will always be about $8-10.  I suggest you'll probably have to stop by the store yourself.  If I happen to stop by Target tonight, I'll take a look, but I won't be able to update the answer till then.

I have seen headbands at Toys R Us.  I actually bought my nephews some a few months ago from TRU.
