Do you know where hair extentions come from?

Some of my friends said that they come from dead people, is that true?!

That is not true. So you know how people donate their hair? Well, the hair makes wigs for costumes, people who want a different hair style, people who are losing their hair, etc. Well, they also make hair extentions. I don't know if they also take hair from dead people, but I definetely know that people donate their hair.

No... ninety percent come from india... they grow there hair out and as a sacrifice of some kind they cut it off... just watch a documentary on this morning... showed how it washed prepared and dyed... was really interesting.

A person may tell their family... once they passed to cut their hair and donate it to the locks of love... but hair from dead people is not the source of hair extensions.

no they are not. Some are made of syntethic fibers while others came from the salon.

No that isn't true people get paid to grow there hair and then they have to get it all cut off

if you get the real ones. if theyre synthetic then its made from plastic, but the real ones come from people who donated their hair or i believe some places get it from dead people im not really sure. but i have extensions and i like them too much to care haha
