Do you know where there is a $5 yoga class in London Ontario?

I've heard that every Thursday at 8pm there is a $5 yoga class but I can't seem to find it anywhere. Do you know where it is in London, Ontario?? Please help!!

London's community centres offer all kinds of Yoga classes that are very reasonably prices eg: 6 classes for $37.00 plus a variety of types of yoga, days and times.. The best place to find these classes is in the Spectrum booklet that is delivered to London and area homes. Here is their online one complete with registration forms.

If these aren't suitable then I suggest posting an ad on:

www.kijiji.ca and find the site for London, Ont site. There you can go to Community groups or Events to post an ad looking for that particular class in your area  - actually they have several Yoga groups being offered on it now.

Why don't you get a groups of friends together and form your own group. You could meet at each other's homes once a week.
