I have used Free Video Converter V1 from Koyotesoft which can convert the video to mp3. However, if you want to mix audio, then you would need an audio editing program.

the best i can think is to open Windows Movie maker and drag the video clips DOWN on the timeline so they become only sound and no picture. ^^ hope i have helped you!!!!!!
