But please don't point me into the direction of OSU I really don't want to go there I was raised an OREGON DUCK and that's what I'm going to stay.

I believe that usually recruiters come to high schools to look at recruits for sports scholarships.  You should get really really good at volleyball and work very hard at it in high school.  When you are a junior or a senior on your high school's varsity volleyball team, that's when you can start looking for volleyball scholarships.  Your coaches and counselors in high school will also be able to help you find schools and sources of funding for school.

All major NCAA schools offer at least 5 volleyball Scholarships a year. The best way to get one is to send tapes of you playing your best at your games. You should also go to some of these college that offer summer camps in volleyball.

Most major schools have NCAA women's volleyball teams, including Kansas, Kansas State, Oregon, Oregon State and offer full and/or partial scholarships.  Once you hit high school, the picture will become a lot clearer.
