The processes for wastewater treatment can be found in the references which have pictures that can not be duplicated here.  Each city or area will do it a little differently and a septic tank is just a miniature version of the large system.

YES into a sceptic tank wth a french drain as an overflow undeneath the garden to supliment the trees

to be recomended to everybody much cheaper than being connected to the

municipalties drainage system which have a limited life span anyway and cost the tax papers thousands of dollars ,and they only serve to cause a polution problem some where else ,

One should make adjustments in the design of the water systems of  a house ,seperating grey water from black ,and so making the sewage much smaller ,and have the sink,shower and washing water go straight into the garden ,
