  1. yes

  2. mine comes from a well. i have a charcoal filter to clean the water.

  3. Basically, four sources.

    Surface water-from lakes and rivers.

Groundwater- from under the earth's surface

    Rainwater harvesting- from rainfall

    Saltwater- via desalination

Anyone who pays for tap water can simply contact the supplier and find out.

Anyone who thinks they are the first living creature to ingest the tap water is wrong.

And my drinking water comes from the Upper Neches Valley watershed via a river and a series of canals. The raw surface water is then treated at a polymer based treatment suface water plant.

It is then delivered to my home through underground pipes after spending chloromine contact time in a elevated water tower.

  4. I am pretty sure my tap water comes from Lake Austin and Town lake. These are lakes on the Lower Colorado River which starts in Texas and flows into the Gulf of Mexico, not to be confused with the Colorado River that starts in the state of Colorado and flows into the Gulf of California.

  5. Yes, we have a watershed in upstate new york which supplies the water for nyc, it's actually extremely good quality water....

  6. I have a well.

  7. Anyone without his own supply has only to ask the water company. They will not only tell you the source but will give you a chemical analysis of what is in the water. The only thing they can't tell you is how much chlorine, chloramine, or ozone actually reaches your tap. That depends on the length of pipe between the plant and you.

  8. the well in my yard i guess....oh i get it..you werent really asking ,,you wanted me to look at a web site,,,doh is me...
