Yes, its a team from 1ra a division of Mexico. They used to be real good back in the days, and actually I think they've won like 5 championships from the primera division.  Vivan las pansas verdes.

that team used to be own by Grupo Pegaso (same as atlante) and be Atlante's little brother until they recently lost the final to indios and their fans chanted for la directiva to sell the team
