I know of a fighter who comes from my area in the Midlands, England, who has fought nearly 300 pro fights his name is Peter Buckley and he has lost over 250 fights that could be your answer but im not 100% sure.

Reggie Strickland wow! lol last time I seen him fight was against Keith Holmes in the early 90's and he had a **** load of losses then, I hope that guy still aint fighting.
