I was just curious. My family has a specific way of making california rolls, which some people call "sushi". We put (of course) seaweed laver, cooked sticky white rice (seasoned with a bit of sesame seed oil, dash of sugar, drop of vinegar, and salt), spinach (first steamed then seasoned in sesame oil and salt), eggs (pan fried thick including yolk, seasoned with oil and salt), imitation crab meat (really just pollack fish), sometimes ground beef (seasoned in sesame seed oil and some salt, sugar), carrots (not fresh--again, cooked on the pan guillian sliced with salt, sesame seed oil), pickled radish (that looks yellow dyed or...au naturale non-dyed). All rolled up then sliced 2 cm wide.
Would you enjoy this? Just curious how appetizing/popular this would be if I brought california rolls to some outing/picnic or potluck.
